Extra Innings is a baseball game released seeking the North American Super NES. The game did not utilize real entity teams from either American or Japanese baseball, preferably using 12 fictional teams with all fictional players. The players are animated in a cartoony, anime type of variety. In summation to these 12 teams, players can also create two custom teams, the players of which can accept their names and ratings edited any number of times. For the most part, the game adhered to sensible rules of baseball, granted omitting some of the more complex strategies such as the double whip.
